The Student Activities Unit is responsible for the following tasks:
Preparing semester and annual plans for the implementation and development of student activities.
Organizing and supervising curricular and extracurricular student activities.
Raising students’ awareness of academic conduct regulations and guidelines.
Developing both short-term and long-term plans for student activities.
Organizing and implementing student activity programs with the participation of students, faculty members, and community partners.
Identifying students’ talents within the College, developing them, and encouraging participation in local and international competitions.
Following up on the implementation of tasks assigned to the Unit within the University and College strategic plans.
Maintaining all committee records, including minutes, and providing copies to the committee chair.
Reviewing matters referred to the Unit by the Dean of the College and completing related transactions, as well as performing any additional tasks assigned through the relevant Vice Deanship.
Submitting a quarterly report to the Dean of the College covering all Unit activities.
