Skills Development Unit

The Skills Development Unit is responsible for the following tasks:

1. Developing the skills and capabilities of faculty members and college staff.
2. Encouraging faculty members to engage in continuous self-development.
3. Qualifying and preparing newly appointed faculty members in coordination with the Deanship of Development and Quality.
4. Coordinating with relevant university units to achieve shared objectives and mutual benefits.
5. Encouraging creativity and professional excellence among college staff to achieve academic and administrative distinction.
6. Developing future strategies aimed at enhancing faculty members’ skills to achieve excellence and innovation in teaching and learning.
7. Maintaining all committee records, including minutes, and providing copies to the committee chair.
8. Submitting a quarterly report to the Dean of the College covering all Unit activities.
