College of Tourism and Hospitality Organizes a Field Visit to Taj Al Wajh Hotel

The College of Tourism and Hospitality organized a field visit for its students to Taj Al Wajh Hotel as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance practical learning and connect academic coursework with real-world practices in the tourism and hospitality sector.

During the visit, students explored the hotel’s operational processes and were introduced to its various departments, including front office, guest services, housekeeping, and event management. They also received an overview of quality standards and customer service practices implemented to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

The students attended a session led by hotel representatives, who highlighted key skills required in the job market, as well as available training and development opportunities.
