The Alumni Unit is responsible for the following tasks:

  1. Establishing and regularly updating a database of graduates.
  2. Creating a database of relevant institutions and companies related to alumni employment.
  3. Measuring the satisfaction levels of graduates and employers.
  4. Maintaining continuous communication with alumni and relevant employers and institutions.
  5. Organizing distinguished training programs to prepare graduates for the labor market and enhance their competencies and skills.
  6. Organizing Career Day and coordinating between employers and the Deanship of Student Affairs.
  7. Contributing to the establishment of alumni networks and strengthening communication among graduates.
  8. Sharing updates on academic and research developments within the College with alumni.
  9. Engaging alumni in extracurricular student activities.
  10. Collecting and disseminating available job opportunities to graduates.
  11. Organizing an annual Alumni Day.
  12. Creating a list of role models and successful alumni.
  13. Preparing the annual report of the Unit.
  14. Maintaining all committee records, including minutes, and providing copies to the committee chair.
  15. Reviewing matters referred to the Unit by the Dean of the College and completing related transactions, as well as performing any additional tasks assigned through the relevant Vice Deanship.
  16. Submitting a quarterly report to the Dean of the College covering all Unit activities.
