Duties of the Administrative Director

The Administrative Director is responsible for the following tasks:
1. Provide administrative oversight of the administration’s operations and staff, distribute responsibilities among team members, and develop improvement plans that enhance the effectiveness of the College’s administrative functions. 
2. Perform all assigned administrative responsibilities in accordance with applicable regulations, bylaws, and instructions issued by the competent authorities. 
3. Oversee the provision of all services necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the educational process, and take all required measures to secure and maintain such services in coordination with relevant university departments. 
4. Supervise maintenance and cleaning operations within College buildings, classrooms, laboratories, and workshops in coordination with relevant university departments. 
5. Oversee the readiness of classrooms, buildings, and their required equipment and specialized facilities, including safety and security tools and equipment; ensure the availability and quality of all related services and supplies in coordination with the responsible service units; and submit periodic reports accordingly. 
6. Monitor the quality of services provided to the College by various university departments and submit reports on service performance to the Dean of the College. 
7. Coordinate and correspond with relevant entities regarding administrative and financial matters in consultation with the Dean of the College. 
8. Supervise the implementation and regular updating of databases related to faculty members and College employees. 
9. Participate in inventory and asset auditing activities within the College in coordination with the concerned entities. 
10. Implement policies aimed at rationalizing electricity and water consumption within the College. 
11.Provide the necessary administrative support to academic departments in achieving the objectives of the educational process. 
12. Support the College and its academic departments in meeting local and international accreditation standards related to administrative functions, in coordination with relevant university departments. 
13. Oversee the readiness of faculty and staff offices, and coordinate with relevant entities to ensure the provision of all required supplies and services. 
14. Approve clearance requests related to the administration. 
15. Review and submit leave requests of all types, and notify the relevant authorities to complete the required formal procedures in coordination with the Dean of the College. 
16.Prepare and submit a semi-annual report on the administration’s performance, operational needs, strengths, areas for improvement, and recommendations for enhancement. 
17. Supervise and monitor staff attendance and work commencement, and report cases of lateness, absence, or unauthorized leave to the relevant authority.
