Strategic Goal: To become a world-leading hub for biomedical research.

Priorities:

Establish state-of-the-art infrastructure to advance research in translational medicine.
Identify emerging research themes aligned with the Chair’s ambitions.
Strengthen research output through invention disclosures, patents, joint publications, commercialization, and collaborative grants.

Human Development

Strategic Goal: To serve as a platform for personal and professional growth.

Priorities:

Launch mentoring programs that promote strong researchers–postgraduates student relationships.
Increase alumni participation as active research assistants in ongoing projects.
Foster long-term engagement with students through enhanced volunteer programs (National Volunteer Platform).

Institutional Excellence

Strategic Goal: To achieve and sustain outstanding operational and institutional performance.

Priorities:

Expanding financial resources and reinvesting revenues from supporting activities (training programs, consultancy services, sequencing services) to foster research and innovation, while enhancing active participation in local and international grants to increase funding opportunities and support future projects.
Maintain high institutional performance by developing advanced administrative and technical systems that meet the needs of stakeholders (researchers, students, faculty, and staff).
