Department tasks

  • Installing operating systems and supporting systems and preparing them to work
  • Monitor systems, monitor the performance of operating systems and auxiliary systems, and solve the problems associated with them
  • Supervising the internal application servers, following them up, and doing the necessary maintenance for them to work in a manner that ensures their continuity and efficiency
  • Defining the new systems and transferring them from the experimental environment to the production environment
  • Managing databases in terms of linking them to programs, preparing them for work, maintaining them and updating them
  • Coordination with other departments in the Deanship to work on raising the level of services provided by the Deanship
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports to the Director of Systems and Programs on the current situation and suggest plans to develop the department
  • Follow-up of software and application licenses and submitting recommendations to renew licenses that are about to expire
  • Any other tasks assigned to the systems department
