Portal management tasks 

  • Working on developing an advanced electronic portal for the university in both Arabic and English
  • Applying international standards for universities' websites on the university portal and the regulations that stem from it
  • Work to provide electronic services through the electronic portal of the university according to the requirements 
  • Technical supervision of the portal and making backup copies of the portal
  • Supervising the portal's messaging system
  • Coordination with the maintenance and technical support department to solve the difficulties of the beneficiaries
  • Submit monthly reports to the Vice Deanship for electronic services
  • Follow-up of the strategic plan of the portal administration
  • Providing technical support for the sites of the university authorities 
  • Providing technical support to faculty members to manage their personal pages
  • Any other tasks assigned to the portal administration
