Master of Education in Measurement and Evaluation

The Master of Education in Measurement and Evaluation program was established in 1434 AH (2012/2013) by virtue of a decision by His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education, letter No. 1558/A, dated 22/8/1434 AH (2012/2013). The program is affiliated with the Department of Education and Psychology in the College of Education and Arts. The program plan was one of the outcomes of cooperation agreements between the National Center for Assessment in Riyadh at that time and the University of Tabuk. The program plan includes theoretical and practical courses, field training, and a research project. The program aims to graduate students with high competence in the field of measurement and evaluation, using modern statistical methods and advanced scientific techniques, in accordance with the objectives of the strategic plan of the College of Education and Arts and the university's strategic plan. The program seeks to equip graduates with the scientific and practical skills and values ​​related to working in the field of measurement and evaluation, which can be achieved through the application of the Measurement and Evaluation program plan. The program's learning outcomes stem from the learning outcomes of the college and university's strategic plans, which in turn are consistent with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. The program's learning outcomes also align with the strategic plan of the University of Tabuk, which is based on competency-based education and diverse academic outputs through programs and pathways that are consistent with The program addresses local and regional needs and labor market trends, which align with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's sustainable development plans. The Master of Education program in Measurement and Evaluation, offered by the Department of Education and Psychology at the College of Education and Arts, is available to both male and female students.
