Students from the Faculty of Computing achieved a remarkable accomplishment at the X-thon 4 Exhibition and Hackathon, held at the University of Tabuk, by winning two awards in two different tracks. This achievement reflects their technical excellence and ability to develop innovative solutions aligned with digital transformation goals and Saudi Vision 2030.

The first achievement was winning the Gold Medal in the Exhibition Track for the Smart Parking project, which aims to develop smart parking solutions that contribute to improving urban mobility and supporting smart city infrastructure.

The faculty team also won second place in the Hackathon Track for the project “Wain”, which was developed during an intensive coding challenge. The team presented an innovative technical solution in record time, demonstrating the students’ programming skills, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

This achievement is the result of the students’ efforts, collaboration, and innovative spirit, along with the support and encouragement they received throughout their participation. They presented their projects before a distinguished group of experts and judges in a competitive environment that fostered creativity and innovation.
