About the Vice Deanship 

The Alumni Affairs Unit at the University of Tabuk is dedicated to fostering an ongoing relationship between the university and its graduates after graduation. It aims to establish effective communication channels that ensure the sustainability of this connection and achieve mutual value for both parties. Additionally, the unit focuses on building an updated alumni database, expanding their participation in university programs and activities, and leveraging their expertise to support and develop academic and professional pathways. This ultimately contributes to elevating the university's status and enhancing its presence within the labor market and society.

 

Responsibilities of the Vice Deanship

  • Establishing and updating a comprehensive database for the university's alumni.
  • Enhancing communication with alumni and providing them with dedicated e-services.
  • Engaging alumni in university events, career fairs, and professional programs.
  • Documenting alumni success stories and leveraging their expertise in cooperation with the colleges.
  • Supervising the University of Tabuk Alumni Association and activating its role.
  • Monitoring alumni status, employment indicators, and measuring their feedback to improve academic programs.
  • Supporting alumni employability and fostering their loyalty through sustainable initiatives and programs.

 

 

Professional Training and Employment Service

A service that provides professional training programs in cooperation with various entities, such as the Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF), to develop students and alumni. It aims to qualify them for the labor market and equip them with the necessary skills to compete effectively in the job market.

Applications for programs and courses can be submitted upon announcement through the Deanship of Student Affairs' social media accounts.
