All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and peace and blessings be upon the noblest of the prophets and messengers. To proceed:
What the University of Tabuk offers to its students—rooted in the Vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and embodied in the Human Capability Development Program—represents one of the most important strategic enablers within the modern education ecosystem. From this standpoint, the Deanship of Student Affairs has adopted the principle of “Students First” as a central foundation for shaping its plans and programs and directing its initiatives.
Empowering students, within the philosophy of the Deanship of Student Affairs, is neither an intellectual luxury nor an optional choice; rather, it is a responsibility imposed by the changes of life and the demands of the future. Today’s university student no longer waits passively for opportunities after graduation; instead, they have become a partner in creating them, capable of shaping their own path through awareness and skills. From here, the Deanship of Student Affairs at the University of Tabuk becomes the space where opportunities begin.
We empower students to acquire the real-world experience they need to integrate confidently into the labor market, firmly believing that academic specialization—if not supported by practical skills and hands-on experiences—remains incomplete and limited in impact. The university does not merely teach students what they know; it prepares them to understand how to apply that knowledge, how to innovate, and how to create genuine value from their fields of study.
Guided by our commitment to the students of the University of Tabuk, we strive to make the Deanship of Student Affairs an educational and experimental environment that mirrors labor market practices, offering students a safe space to acquire skills, build experience, and test their capabilities—preparing them with confidence and competence for life after graduation.
So welcome to our students—
where opportunities begin, and the future is shaped.
