About the Administration

Rewards and allowances at the University of Tabuk are provided to support regularly enrolled students, contributing to their academic and financial stability. These rewards include the issuance of monthly stipends, excellence awards, as well as certain allowances and services linked to the student's academic or social status, all in accordance with the rules and regulations approved by the Ministry of Education.

ATM Card Issuance

ATM cards are distributed to newly enrolled students at the beginning of each academic year. Delivery schedules and dates are announced through the official social media platforms of the Deanship of Student Affairs.

Monthly Stipend The monthly student stipend is issued to regularly enrolled Saudi students, or students born to Saudi mothers. The stipend amounts are 990 SAR for scientific and health colleges, and 840 SAR for humanities/literary colleges.
  1. The student must not have exceeded the official, regular duration of their degree program.
  2. The student's Cumulative GPA (CGPA) must not fall below 2.00 out of 5.00.

Excellence Award The excellence award is issued to regularly enrolled Saudi students, or students born to Saudi mothers, if the student achieves a GPA of 4.50 or above for two consecutive semesters within the same academic year. The reward amount is 1,000 SAR.
  • Achieving a semester GPA of 4.50 or above for two consecutive semesters within a single academic year.

Disability Allowance for Students with Disabilities A monthly disability allowance is issued to students with disabilities throughout their university studies. The specific allowance amount is determined by the Ministry of Social Affairs based on the student's individual condition.
  1. Provision of an official letter from the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center (Al-Taaheel Al-Shamel) specifying the student's disability level.
  2. Allowance Categories:
    1. 1,500 SAR is issued for moderate disabilities.
    2. 5,240 SAR is issued for severe disabilities.
Students wishing to receive the disability allowance must visit the coordinators at the Disabilities Unit within the Deanship of Student Affairs and submit their Comprehensive Rehabilitation letter to determine their disability level. The responsible employee will then complete and process the request.
Smart Devices and Training Programs Installment Plan A service that allows students to purchase smart devices or enroll in training programs via an installment plan, with payments automatically deducted from their monthly university stipend.
  1. The student's Cumulative GPA (CGPA) must not be less than 2.75 out of 5.00.
  2. The remaining study period in the student's academic plan must be sufficient to cover the full repayment of the installments.
  3. The student must not have any existing, unpaid installments or outstanding loans.                                                                                                                                                                                     
When the Deanship announces the availability of devices through its official social media accounts, interested students must visit the Rewards and Allowances Department at the Deanship of Student Affairs to fill out and submit the application form.
