The transition from a system that overlooks individual differences among learners to one that prioritizes the learner's accomplishments and experiences, and the relevance of these experiences to the labor market and 21st-century skills, requires organized and systematic collaborative work undertaken by a group of experts and specialists in the field of education in general, and in the field of educational and technical design in particular. Therefore, and based on a clear vision based on ambitious goals to improve the teaching and learning process at the University of Tabuk, the Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education works to keep pace with technological developments and harness the latest technological means, models, and educational theories in this field to provide a stimulating educational environment that supports academic excellence. The Deanship's work is not limited to the academic component presented online. Rather, the Deanship's tasks and projects encompass all elements of the educational process, from inputs to processes and outputs.
