The Deanship of Admissions and Registration plays a vital role for university students, serving as their first gateway to a new academic stage, from graduation to the job market and service to serving their country. It is also one of the most important channels of communication between the university and its students.

In line with our commitment to facilitating student learning, the Deanship has taken it upon itself to provide adequate information about the university, its colleges, specializations, and admission requirements. It also provides students with information about the necessary rules and regulations they will need throughout their academic journey. This information is published on the website and social media, such as the Study and Examinations System.

The Deanship also strives to monitor admission and registration procedures electronically, keeping pace with recent developments in technology. This aims to improve workflow mechanisms, streamline procedures, and achieve the desired outcomes. Praise be to God, we have accomplished a great deal in this area, and we continue to aspire to achieve more in our efforts to implement the concept of e-government. In a short period, the Deanship has achieved significant progress in automating many of the services it provides. We aim to incorporate modern technology into all of its services, either through the student portal or developing its website to include numerous subprograms.

The Deanship strives to leverage the university's digital transformation to facilitate support processes within the academic system. Therefore, it has introduced numerous electronic services for students, including the ability to calculate weighted grades, communicate directly with the Deanship through communication and technical support systems, calculate the cumulative grade point average, implement deferral and withdrawal processes for a semester, a course, or several courses, and conduct transfers between colleges and departments within the university. The Deanship has also provided numerous other academic services.
