About Department of Basic Science Studies

​The Department of Basic Sciences and Studies is one of the first departments established with the birth of the Community College, in the year 1418 AH, to be the first department that the student enters into studying all sciences and basic courses, in order to qualify him to join one of the academic departments of the Community College. The Department of Science and Basic Studies program - with the establishment of the college - used to give the student many academic courses, including (physics, chemistry, biology, ecology, Arabic language, Islamic culture, mathematics, statistics, and the English language) and then he appeared to the university with the development steps of the curriculum that It is satisfied with the basic pillar that gives the student the necessary skills, namely: (Arabic language skills, English language at first and second levels, mathematics and statistics subjects) so that the student can continue studying in other departments of the college if he joins it. It is worth noting that the department supervisor is Dr. Hussein Deeb Muhammad Al-Bakrawi.
