​​​​​The College's Measurement and Assessment Unit was created in the second half of the academic year 1434/1435 to provide the most accurate measurement tools for evaluating all elements of the educational process in all Scientific departments, to diagnose the shortcomings of these and to propose solutions that contribute to the advancement of our college to be among the best. Our unit of measurement and evaluation aims to be one of the main tributaries of college decision-makers (deanship, academicians, administrators) so that they can make the right decisions based on the most accurate data, information and statistics to reach the strategic objectives and anything that will allow continuous improvement to achieve the desired academic accreditation.

The University College's Measurement and Evaluation Unit was created with a realistic field of mission, insight, noble values and ambitious global objectives under the supervision of the Dean of the College. It helps to provide everything the central unit needs to analyze and measure everything that concerns the educational process and its results and to provide the necessary informations to decision-makers in the college in particular and the university in general.

​​A qualitative and procedural unit of excellence in the activation of University measurement and evaluation work in line with its vision based on scientific excellence and research.


Mission

​Activation of educational measurement and assessment roles based on clarity of vision and development of practices based on procedural definitions for these roles, according to a system of values that governs the process of measurement and evaluation in general, and especially academic and academic, in order to meet the needs for improvement and development and to make decisions based on reliable quantitative and qualitative data.

Objectives

The unit of measurement and evaluation generally aims to measure and evaluate the academic performance of departments and faculties of the university by achieving the following objectives:

  • Spread the culture of measurement and academic evaluation.
  • Establish standards for the measurement and evaluation of the university and the preparation of indicators to measure academic performance of the university.
  • Diagnose the reality of the educational process and discover the problems and the weaknesses and work to remedy them.
  • Follow the vision of the KSA (2030) by developing plans, policies and goals for measurement and academic evaluation.
  • Organize seminars and participate in local and regional measurement and evaluation conferences to develop the skills of faculty members in this area.
  • Conduct statistical studies and submit periodic reports on academic achievements in the faculties of the 7-university.
  • Provide statistical and educational consultations in the areas of measurement and evaluation.
  • Measure the university's performance.
  • Automation of the measurement and evaluation work of the university.
