Entomology and toxicology laboratory
The laboratory focuses on studies on the biology, ecology and behavior of public health insects and agricultural pests and finding effective and environmentally friendly control methods. The research laboratory is also interested in localizing modern techniques for identifying and classifying insects and the pathogens (parasites and viruses) transmitted by them, and finding safe and modern methods to combat vectors of diseases and agricultural pests.
