Contribute to preparing the strategic plan for the Deanship of Information Technology.

Develop future plans for information technology projects and work to implement them in coordination with other departments in the Deanship.

Developing technical specifications for IT projects, computers, printers and scanners.

Evaluating proposals for information technology projects and making technical studies for them.

Follow-up and coordination with the companies implementing information technology projects.

Submit weekly reports on the status of existing and completed projects to the Director of Technical Affairs.

Receiving and saving documents of the implemented projects.

Any other tasks assigned to the projects department.
