The Educational Affairs Agency is responsible for the following tasks:

1. Supervising the administrative units and committees associated with the agency, proposing measures for their improvement, ensuring their needs are met, and overseeing their functions to enhance the overall performance of its staff within the designated powers.

2. Overseeing the activities of the College Council Secretariat, organizing its meetings, and preserving and indexing its decisions.

3. Monitoring the implementation of decisions from the University Council, the University President, the College Council, and other relevant administrative decisions.

4. Monitoring academic performance at the college, ensuring different administrative units fulfill their assigned tasks, proposing measures for improvement, and providing necessary support.

5. Monitoring the commitment of college staff, especially faculty members, to their duties and ensuring they perform their tasks as required.

6. Updating the college's information on the official university website.

7. Preparing necessary reports on academic performance and submitting them to the college dean.

8. Monitoring the regularity of the educational process at the college, ensuring adherence to academic programs, regulations, and decisions.

9. Following the distribution of teaching responsibilities among faculty members at the college.

10. Monitoring all procedures related to the admission and registration of new and transferred students, handling various student requests, and addressing issues.

11. Overseeing the conduct of mid-term and final exams at the college.

12. Supervising the construction of educational plans, curriculum development, updating programs, approving scientific specializations, and coordinating with relevant academic departments.

13. Working to provide an integrated and sustainable educational environment within the college.

14. Monitoring the implementation of student activities according to approved guidelines.

15. Following the execution of counseling and guidance programs for students based on approved regulations.

16. Issuing informative publications related to student affairs at the college.

17. Other responsibilities within the agency's scope or as assigned by the college council or dean.​
