The Training Unit is responsible for the following tasks:

1. Coordinating with approved hotels and companies to distribute and train college students.
2. Overall supervision of training committees within the college in coordination with the departments.
3. Developing guidelines, models, and procedural documents for student training.
4. Proposing developmental plans to enhance training efficiency.
5. Monitoring the performance of male and female students, facilitating procedures, and resolving training-related issues.
6. Evaluating students and receiving performance reports from training centers.
7. Developing and enhancing training completion certificates.
8. Preparing the necessary reports and letters for student training acceptance.
9. Implementing initiatives outlined in the college's strategic plan and improvement recommendations related to the unit's work.
10. Recording all committee activities, including minutes and other documents, and providing the College Dean with a copy.
11. Addressing matters referred by the College Dean to the unit, including relevant transactions and any additional tasks assigned through the authorized deputy.
