The Alumni Unit is responsible for the following tasks:

1. Establishing a database for graduates and regularly updating it.
2. Creating a database for institutions and companies related to graduates.
3. Measuring the satisfaction level of graduates and employers.
4. Documenting communication links with graduates, institutions, and relevant employers.
5. Organizing distinguished training programs to prepare graduates for the job market, enhance their skills, and refine their abilities.
6. Coordinating career day activities between employers and the Student Affairs Dean's office.
7. Contributing to the formation of alumni networks and activating their communication.
8. Engaging graduates in the academic and research developments within the college.
9. Involving graduates in extracurricular student activities.
10. Identifying and disseminating job opportunities to graduates.
11. Holding an annual Graduates Day event.
12. Creating a list of successful role models among the graduates.
13. Compiling an annual report for the unit.
14. Recording all committee activities, including minutes, and providing the College Dean with a copy.
15. Reviewing matters referred by the College Dean to the unit, including relevant transactions and any additional tasks assigned through the authorized deputy.
