The Programs and Plans Unit is responsible for the following tasks:

1. Monitoring the implementation of approved academic plans, establishing necessary standards and models to ensure the application of the curriculum and its components.
2. Striving to develop and periodically update academic plans within the departments, aligning them with the requirements of the job market.
3. Keeping records of all committee work, including minutes and other documents, and providing the College Dean with a copy.
4. Addressing matters referred by the College Dean to the unit, including relevant transactions and any additional tasks assigned through the authorized deputy.​
