The Academic and Psychological Counseling Advisory Unit is responsible for the following tasks:

1. Continuously updating and maintaining academic counseling records for each student.
2. Providing assistance to students facing difficulties in course registration or conflicts between subjects.
3. Monitoring students' academic performance in registered courses and reviewing reports submitted by academic counseling committees.
4. Organizing and conducting general lectures on study skills.
5. Addressing special cases related to students' psychological and social issues, evaluating, documenting, and resolving them or referring them to relevant external authorities according to established procedures.
6. Directly supervising the academic counseling process in the college's departments, especially concerning special cases (medical, psychological, social, etc.), and periodically evaluating them.
7. Keeping records of all committee work, including minutes and other documents, and providing the College Dean with a copy.
8. Addressing matters referred by the College Dean to the unit, including relevant transactions and any additional tasks assigned through the authorized deputy.
