The Academic Affairs Unit is responsible for the following tasks:

1. Coordinating with the scientific departments to input the college schedules.
2. Resolving issues faced by faculty members related to creating and updating their accounts on the university system.
3. Coordinating with academic advisors in scientific departments and monitoring add/drop processes for students during the schedule adjustment period, aligning with students' study plans.
4. Keeping records of all committee work, including minutes and other documents, and providing the College Dean with a copy.
5. Addressing matters referred by the College Dean to the unit, including relevant transactions and any additional tasks assigned through the authorized deputy.
