Under the patronage of the Dean of the University College of Haql, Prof. Mohammed bin Ahmad Zughaybi, the Vice Deanship for Postgraduate Studies and Development—represented by the Training Unit—organized a workshop titled “Artificial Intelligence and Faculty Member Skills.” The workshop was delivered by Faihan bin Naif Al-Mutairi on Tuesday, 26/10/1447 AH, corresponding to April 14, 2026 AD. It targeted faculty members at the University College of Haql (male Section).

The workshop addressed several key themes, including an introduction to artificial intelligence and its importance for faculty members, along with an overview of its most prominent applications, associated challenges, and future prospects. It also focused on the role of artificial intelligence in enhancing faculty efficiency and supporting the development of their teaching and research practices.

The workshop aimed to empower faculty members to effectively integrate artificial intelligence tools into the educational process and to strengthen their skills in using these tools, thereby contributing to improved academic outcomes and excellence in teaching performance.
