The Strategic Partnerships Unit is one of the pivotal units at the Research and Consulting Institute at the University of Tabuk. The Unit works to explore qualitative cooperation opportunities, analyze partners’ needs, and propose innovative partnership models based on mutual interests, thereby supporting the sustainability of partnerships and enhancing their effectiveness. It is also responsible for evaluating the performance of existing partnerships, measuring their impact, and providing the necessary development proposals to improve their efficiency and outcomes.

The Unit follows up on the obligations of relevant parties and ensures that partnerships are aligned with the Institute’s strategic objectives and operational plans. It also contributes to the preparation of policies and procedures governing partnership activities and to building an institutional environment that supports cooperation and integration.

Furthermore, the Unit is committed to activating continuous communication channels with various sectors and strengthening the Institute’s presence as a trusted national partner. It contributes to documenting partnership achievements and preparing periodic and analytical reports that support decision-making and continuous improvement.

The Unit also contributes to building databases for strategic partnerships and developing performance measurement indicators to ensure effective follow-up and achieve the highest levels of institutional efficiency. In addition, it works to transfer best practices and successful experiences in the field of partnerships and localize them within the Institute’s ecosystem, thereby enhancing its competitiveness and the sustainability of its institutional relationships.
