Business Execution Division
The Business Execution Division is one of the principal operational divisions of the Research and Consulting Institute at the University of Tabuk. It plays a pivotal role in transforming approved plans and strategies into practical projects and programs with measurable impact, thereby enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring sustainable performance, and strengthening the reliability of the Institute’s outputs.
The Division is responsible for managing and implementing initiatives and projects related to educational, training, and service programs in accordance with professional best practices, while ensuring quality, governance, and alignment with labor market needs and stakeholder expectations.
Functions of the Business Execution Division
The Business Execution Division is responsible for the following functions:
Implementing projects and initiatives that contribute to achieving the Institute’s strategic objectives in the fields of educational, training, and service programs.
Supervising, directing, motivating, and evaluating the performance of the Division’s affiliated units to ensure the achievement of their objectives.
Providing the financial, human, and knowledge resources required to execute projects and programs efficiently and to a high standard of quality.
Developing and introducing diverse educational and training programs that align with labor market needs and development requirements.
Monitoring market trends and academic developments to ensure the continuous enhancement and relevance of the Institute’s programs.
Monitoring the financial and administrative performance of projects and preparing the necessary reports to ensure transparency and efficiency.
