Business Development Division

The Business Development Division is one of the strategic pillars of the Research and Consulting Institute at the University of Tabuk. It is responsible for enabling the Institute to maximize its institutional impact, expand its strategic partnerships, and enhance its self-generated revenues through the development of investment and consulting initiatives, as well as the establishment of sustainable business models aligned with the University’s objectives and the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

The Division aims to strengthen the Institute’s competitive position in both the public and private sectors by transforming academic and research capabilities into developmental and economic opportunities that create added value, in accordance with approved regulatory and financial frameworks.

Functions of the Business Development Division

The Business Development Division oversees a number of strategic functions, including:

  1.  Developing and implementing investment plans and revenue-generating projects.
  2. Establishing and managing partnerships with public and private sector entities.
  3.  Overseeing consulting, development, and contractual initiatives.
  4.  Promoting innovation in business models and service offerings.
  5.  Monitoring the financial and operational performance indicators of projects.
  6.  Enhancing the Institute’s financial sustainability.
  7.  Coordinating with relevant stakeholders within and outside the University.
  8.  Contributing to the development of institutional governance for business activities and initiatives.
