Institute Administration

The Institute Administration serves as the principal administrative and organizational pillar of the Research and Consulting Institute at the University of Tabuk. It plays a vital role in ensuring institutional efficiency, strengthening governance practices, and integrating administrative, financial, and human resource operations in support of the Institute’s objectives and operational sustainability.

The Administration is responsible for developing internal work systems, enhancing institutional discipline, improving the work environment, and supporting the Institute’s operational and technical units, thereby enabling the Institute to fulfill its mission with efficiency and professionalism.

Functions of the Institute Administration

The Institute Administration is responsible for the following functions:

  1. Supervising administrative, financial, and human resource affairs, and monitoring and evaluating the performance of affiliated units.
  2. Preparing annual, periodic, and performance reports and submitting them for the approval of the Dean of the Institute.
  3. Identifying the needs and requirements of administrative units and providing appropriate recommendations to support operational effectiveness.
  4. Engaging employees in performance evaluation processes, reviewing performance agreements, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  5. Developing and updating the distribution of roles, responsibilities, and authorities across organizational levels to ensure operational efficiency.
  6. Monitoring employee attendance and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
  7. Providing administrative oversight for Institute personnel and supporting their professional development.
