The Quality and Institutional Excellence Unit is one of the strategic units at the Research and Consulting Institute at the University of Tabuk. It plays a pivotal role in promoting a culture of quality, enhancing institutional performance, and applying excellence standards across all activities, programs, and services of the Institute.

The Unit works to develop an integrated system for ensuring the quality of operations, procedures, and projects, and for ensuring their alignment with national and international best practices, contributing to higher levels of efficiency and effectiveness.

The Unit is also responsible for proposing policies and mechanisms that support performance quality across the Institute’s various units, as well as building partnerships with specialized entities to support the implementation of quality standards and institutional accreditation.

The Unit analyzes the performance of administrative and technical units in accordance with the approved operational and strategic plans and provides the necessary development recommendations for continuous improvement.

It also leads efforts to measure the satisfaction of beneficiaries, partners, and target groups through field studies and analytical surveys, thereby supporting the development of services and programs.

The Unit contributes to organizing and implementing training programs for the Institute’s staff in the areas of quality, excellence, and institutional performance, while raising awareness of the culture of continuous improvement.

It also participates in updating the strategic plan and operational plans, following up on their implementation within the specified timeframes, and preparing periodic reports that support decision-making.

Furthermore, the Unit collects and analyzes strategic data and indicators and conducts the necessary evaluation studies, thereby enhancing planning accuracy and implementation efficiency.

The Unit is responsible for preparing periodic and annual reports on the level of quality and institutional excellence, as well as the quality of programs and services, and submitting them to the relevant entities.
