Deputy Governor of Tabuk Attends the University Graduates’ Procession

His Royal Highness Prince Khalid bin Saud bin Abdullah Al Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of the Tabuk Region, attended the University of Tabuk’s graduation procession as part of the 20th graduation ceremony. During the event, His Royal Highness also presented certificates of excellence to the top graduates in recognition of their outstanding academic achievements.
