The applicant must be a Saudi national or the child of a Saudi mother.
The applicant must hold a General Secondary School Certificate or its equivalent, obtained either inside or outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
If the secondary school certificate was obtained outside the Kingdom, it must be officially equated by the Certificate Equivalency Committee at the Ministry of Education.
The secondary school certificate must not be older than five years.
