Duties:

  • Promoting and enhancing a culture of strategic planning among college staff.
  • Communicating the college’s vision, mission, and objectives, and establishing appropriate mechanisms for their review and update.
  • Monitoring the implementation of the college’s strategic plan.
  • Reviewing and updating strategic plans in alignment with directives issued by the university administration regarding the university’s strategic plan.
  • Providing guidance and support to academic departments to meet national and international accreditation requirements.
  • Conducting periodic reviews of quality requirements across academic departments and administrative units.
  • Assisting departments in preparing and implementing operational plans in alignment with the college’s strategic plan.
  • Preparing and submitting a quarterly progress report on accomplished tasks.
