The duties of the Committee are as follows:

  • Providing faculty members with the regulations governing final examinations and ensuring compliance.
  • Supervising and organizing the final examination process in accordance with regulations and bylaws.
  • Establishing a mechanism for distributing invigilation schedules among faculty members and monitoring implementation.
  • Organizing examinations for General Preparation courses and shared/common courses.
  • Monitoring students’ absences from final examinations and coordinating with department heads to verify submitted excuses.
  • Referring cases of cheating and student violations occurring during examination periods to the relevant disciplinary committees.
  • Performing any other tasks assigned by the Dean of the College.
