The duties of the Committee are as follows:

  • Receiving inventory reports of laboratory equipment, machines, and devices from academic departments.
  • Submitting laboratory equipment and device requirements.
  • Coordinating and following up with relevant entities to facilitate procedures related to securing laboratory equipment, tools, and supplies.
  • Submitting maintenance and disposal requests to the concerned authorities.
  • Ensuring laboratory readiness before the beginning of each semester.
  • Preparing an executive plan for the Committee’s work and submitting a semester report on achievements.
