The President of the University of Tabuk, Prof. Abdullah bin Mufreh Al-Dhiyabi, signed a cooperation agreement with the Governor of the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at), Eng. Saleh bin Ibrahim Al-Rasheed.
The agreement aims to foster collaboration in developing programs that support innovation, particularly in the agricultural sector, with a focus on robotics technologies, artificial intelligence, face recognition software, and business applications.
Under the agreement, Monsha’at and the University of Tabuk will work together to establish an action plan for designing and implementing innovation-support programs. The agreement also seeks to leverage the University's research and information centers to provide scientific feasibility studies and expert evaluations, contributing to the establishment of a number of startup companies each year.
