​​The establishment of the department dates back to the academic year 1431/1432 AH corresponding to 2010/2011 AD, under the umbrella of the University College, and with the beginning of the academic year 1432/1433 AH, the approval of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud was issued on the decisions of the Higher Education Council at its sixty-sixth session (66 ) On 11/18/1432 AH, the establishment of the College of Business Administration at the University of Tabuk of five scientific departments, including the Marketing Department, and based on the college’s keenness to provide quality academic programs of excellence and to prepare research and marketing studies of high quality in a way that contributes to community service. Marketing (regularity - affiliation), as this program aims to provide qualified human cadres in the field of marketing according to the latest scientific practical developments, in order to meet the requirements of the local and regional labor market.

Mission

​Providing distinguished academic programs to prepare qualified cadres to meet the requirements of the labor market, and to prepare research and marketing studies of high quality in order to contribute to community service.

Objectives

1. Presenting and developing academic programs in line with recent scientific developments and the requirements of academic accreditation.

2. Activating teaching methods and methods according to modern scientific techniques in order to achieve distinction among the department’s graduates.

3. Create a climate for conducting research and marketing studies in light of the requirements of the contemporary marketing environment, in a way that contributes to developing knowledge and developing society.

4. Development of effective communication channels that support the reciprocal relationship with business enterprises within the local and regional labor market.​
