Functions of the Technical Affairs Unit 

1- Ensure that the projectors are ready to work and submit to the college administration with their maintenance reports if needed after coordination with the college vice president.
2- Operating smart boards and ensuring their readiness for work and submitting to the college administration with maintenance reports if the need arises after coordination with the college vice-dean.
3- Receiving and delivering the educational certificate to the faculty members and preparing files for receiving the educational certificate from the warehouse.
4- Communicating with the IT technicians in configuring computers in the departments and units of the University College.
5- Periodic follow-up of the computers in the college buildings and submitting reports.
6- Inventorying the damaged educational equipment and computer and submitting a report on its condition to assist the director of the administration.
7- Determining the members ’mandate from the educational support services and submitting a report on that.
8- Determine the needs of members and employees for computers and their attachments, and submit a report on that.
9- Determining the stationery needs and filling in and submitting the forms for their request.
10- Laying down the annual plan for service work and implementing it after its approval in accordance with the established mechanism.
11- Carrying out all the necessary work to ensure the readiness of classrooms and laboratories, including tools, supplies, cleaning and maintenance, before the start of the semester and the exam period in sufficient time.
12- Following up the cleaning work of classrooms, toilets, laboratories, internal and external yards throughout the academic year, according to accurate and approved programs.
13- Transferring office materials and supplies to departments and administrative units according to the approved forms and mechanism.
14- Preparing periodic reports on service work and including development proposals in accordance with the approved mechanism.
15- Preparing and equipping the halls necessary for the implementation of training courses and workshops.
16- Preparing and saving the unit's files and organizing them in a way that ensures their preservation and retrieval with ease and ease.
17- Writing paper and electronic reports and submitting them to assist the director of the administration.
18. Implementation of all assigned to it by the college and department supervisor attorney.
