The College Vice Deanship for Development and Quality seeks to make quality a culture practiced by everyone and upon which strategic plans, administrative decisions, and daily activities are based, so that all this is reflected in improving the educational environment and its outputs, and then obtaining academic accreditation. To ensure that this is achieved, the university has placed within the college’s administrative structure an agency for development and quality to work and in turn supervise the application of the highest quality standards, to meet the requirements and expectations of the beneficiaries of the college’s programs and measure their level of satisfaction, and to promote a culture of quality within the college. The agency’s work also extends to contribute to developing the skills of the faculty’s employees, by taking advantage of the workshops and courses for developing skills and capabilities organized by the University Agency for Development and Quality.
And because development and quality is a team work, this requires continuous cooperation from all faculty members. Therefore, the agency believes that faculty members and employees are partners in the success and distinction that the college seeks.
