The College of Sharia and Regulations at the University of Tabuk is one of the Sharia colleges in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which takes care of the jurisprudence, judicial and legal sciences in accordance with the Sharia approach and the directions of the rulers of this blessed country, headed by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his faithful crown prince.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has chosen the Book of God and the Sunnah of His Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, as a method and constitution for these blessed countries in governance and implementation, and this is what was stipulated in the Basic Law of Governance in Article 1 and Article 7.
This approach is characterized by moderation in order to achieve the Almighty saying ( and we have made you a middle nation ) away from excess and neglect to achieve legitimate and worldly interests in accordance with the objectives of Islamic law.
Accordingly, the Faculty of Sharia and Regulations at the University of Tabuk is looking forward to preparing the jurisprudential, judicial and legal competencies who are scientifically and professionally qualified to spread the legal and legal science, as well as to contribute to the qualification of researchers and professors specialized in the jurisprudence, judicial and legal sciences who are able to find legal and legal solutions to contemporary issues to achieve development in all fields in accordance with the Kingdom's vision 2030, And contribute to community service to provide science and specialized study and legal, judicial and regulatory advice, and to establish diplomas and training courses in this field in order to achieve the spread of community awareness in these aspects.
The college also contributes to serving the children of Muslims who are scholarship students, by educating and qualifying students of knowledge in the legal and legal fields, so that they return to their countries carrying the flag of science, and I take it upon them to publish and teach it according to the correct curriculum.
