Its functions

• Unit tasks:

1.   Collecting documents related to the development and quality unit work.
2.   Fill out the program description forms and course descriptions according to the Commission’s forms (in Arabic and English).
3.   Distributing SWOT forms   to faculty and students in the program.
4.   Collecting SWOT forms   for the program, preparing its report, and recommendations for improvement.
5.   Collecting performance indicators for the program, preparing a report, and recommendations for improvement.
6.   Defining benchmarking programs in local and international universities.
7.   Collecting benchmark indicators for the program, preparing benchmarking reports, and recommendations for improvement.
8.   Preparing and distributing questionnaires to the relevant parties to the program (students, graduates, employers).
9.   Collecting and analyzing questionnaires, preparing reports, and recommendations for improvement.
10.   - Fill out evaluation measures on the sub-committees of the program.
