The study in the college is a regular study for a period of six years with the credit hour system, where the academic year is divided into two semesters, and one semester consists of fifteen weeks that do not include the registration periods and the semester and final exams. Students enrolled in the program are expected to complete the program requirements continuously and regularly every semester, and the college graduate will obtain a Doctor of Pharmacy degree after achieving 203 credit hours, and the study period is divided accordingly into three stages:





The first stage: the preparatory academic year to study the basic sciences required for the following stages.


The second stage: the second, third to fifth academic years to study pharmaceutical and applied medical sciences.


The third phase: the sixth year, during which practical training is carried out in clinical pharmacy in hospitals and specialized medical centers, in addition to preparing a graduation project.
