The functions of the Strategic Planning Unit:

Developing a vision and mission for the strategic planning unit, emanating from the vision and mission of the Deanship.
Contribute with the university administration and its scientific departments in developing a long-term strategic plan to develop the learning and teaching processes in line with the requirements of the times and the needs of society and the labor market.
Submitting proposals and consultations on the strategies and priorities of the university to improve performance within the university administratively and academically.
Work to publish the goals and components of the strategic plan and define it using various methods (publications, books, brochures, workshops, lectures ... etc) at the level of the administrative and academic departments of the university.
Participation in the implementation of the strategic plan programs by the various university units.
Participation in the review and update the strategic plans of the University according to developments in higher education systems.
