The Standing Committee for Internal Audit

  • Duties of the permanent internal audit committee:
  • Supporting and implementing the university's goals related to issues of quality and academic accreditation, and providing them with technical support.
  • Preparing and processing review forms for quality activities and internal performance evaluation for academic programs, support deanships and departments at the university.
  • Designing and participating in the implementation of the annual internal review programs for academic programs, support deanships and departments at the university.
  • Presenting recommendations and proposals to improve and develop the performance of the academic and administrative programs at the university in the field of implementing and implementing quality plans and improving performance.
  • Participate in monitoring the performance of all academic and administrative bodies at the university in the field of implementing and implementing quality plans and improving performance.
  • Proposing training plans for all academic and administrative units at the university.
  • Executing the external audit with the benchmarking bodies.
  • Review the external audit report and direct the colleges and deanships to implement the recommendations and directives received from the external comparison authority.
  • Reviewing documents and requests to create academic programs related to quality standards and requirements.
  • Preparing an annual report on the activities of the committee and its achievements.
  • Create databases of reports on the academic and administrative performance of all units at the university, so that they include data on performance indicators and reference comparisons to identify performance trends and measure changes in the performance of different university units.

 

  • Tasks of the Council of the Deanship of Development and Quality:
  • Supervising the implementation of all development programs and plans in the Deanship and their application at the university level and its various bodies in accordance with the current and future directions and plans of the university and the main purpose for which it was established.
  • Work to develop an integrated system for continuous self-evaluation of the university's performance and quality assurance for its academic and administrative units. As well as setting the regulations and organizational procedures necessary to implement the university's objectives related to issues of quality and academic accreditation, and providing technical support to them.
  • Conducting evaluation studies that help in identifying strengths and development opportunities in the university's units and activities in order to make appropriate decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Work to ensure the accuracy of the implementation of periodic self-evaluation studies for all academic and administrative units at the university, in addition to the evaluation studies used for periodic external review.
  • General supervision of the work of the authorities associated with the Deanship.
