Dr Nor Rabiatul Adawiyah Nor Azam is currently employed as of Assistant Professor at the College of Tourism and Hospitality, University of Tabuk Previously, she held the position of Senior Lecturer at the School of Tourism, Hospitality and Event Management, University Utara Malaysia Over nine years, a committed and knowledgeable professional has taught hospitality and tourism management at the university level and has conducted numerous studies in the area She have gained and improved her strong learning and teaching abilities during this time, and discovered that lectures and class participation sessions with students are the most effective forms of education She obtained her Bachelor Degree in Culinary Art Management from the University Technology Mara (UiTM), followed by her Master Degree in Gastronomy at the same institution and obtained Doctor of Philosophy (Tourism & Hospitality Management), University Utara Malaysia Throughout her career, she had taught undergraduate courses on Food and Beverage Services, Restaurant Management, Banquet and Conference Managements, Hospitality Management, Sales, and Marketing, Food Hygiene and Sanitation Her research interests are on Hospitality Management , Green Management and Sustainability, where she actively published numerous papers at international conferences, and hospitality and tourism journals She is also a trainer in the area of hospitality management
