Dr G Muhiuddin is a Professor at the Department of Mathematics, University of Tabuk, Saudi Arabia He received his PhD and M Phil in Pure Mathematics, more specifically, in Algebra with specialization in Category Theory His mathematical research areas include Algebras related to logic (BCK, BCI, BCC-algebras, Hilbert algebras, and implication algebras), Ordered algebraic structures, Fuzzy algebraic structures, Fuzzy Mathematics, Soft algebraic structures, Hyper algebraic structures, Graph theory, Decision analysis and Category theory He serves as an expert referee for several SCI journals, including IEEE Access, Fuzzy Sets and Systems (Elsevier), Journal of King Saud University Science (Elsevier), International Journal of Systems (Taylor and Francis), OPSEARCH (Springer), Journal of Intelligent and Fuzzy Systems etc He also serves as a reviewer for Mathematics Reviews of the American Math Society, USA (Mathematical Reviews/ MathSciNet Reviewer Number: 105900) He has published a number of research papers in internationally reputed mathematical journals He is an active member of the editorial boards of Transnational Journal of Mathematical Analysis and Application, Annals of Fuzzy Mathematics and Informatics, Financial Forum (Singapore), Journal of the Institute of Electronics and Computer (USA) Also, he serves as Editor-in-chief of the journal Annals of Communication in Mathematics Currently, he is serving as a Lead Guest Editor of the journal Mathematical Problems in Engineering (SCIE, IF 109), for the special issue entitled “Generalized Fuzzy Models Applied to Logical Algebras and Intelligent Systems in Engineering (2021) https://wwwhindawicom/journals/mpe/si/675601/
Dr Muhiuddin has visited several universities/institutions worldwide He has attended more than 20 conferences and also delivered invited talks at various universities and institutions across the globe He has visited USA, France and Switzerland for academic purposes He has delivered an invited talk at “The 32nd Ohio State-Denison Mathematics Conference, The Ohio State University, Columbus, USA during May 9-11, 2014 Also, has delivered an invited research seminar talk at the Department of Mathematics, The Ohio State University, Lima, USA in 2014 He has been served as coordinator(s) of International Seminar on Algebra during December16-17, 2013 and International Workshop on Pure and Applied Mathematics during May 31-June 2, 2015 held at the University of Tabuk, Saudi Arabia He has also been served as a member of scientific as well as organizational committees of “2019 International Conference on Fuzzy Logic and Uncertainty Mathematics held at Northwest University, China during October 18-21, 2019
