Academic Advising Unit

 

 Objectives:

-To ensure the quality of the educational process in accordance with global standards for higher education.

- To provide an effective learning environment that contributes to the development of various skills among college students.

- To strengthen communication between the university and the local community.

Tasks:

- To welcome new students and assist them in integrating into the college community.

- To implement, develop, and monitor the policies of the Academic Guidance Unit in coordination with the academic guidance committees in the other departments.

-To supervise the academic guidance process in collaboration with academic advisors.

- To monitor and analyze cases of academic difficulties and work to address them in coordination with the Academic Affairs Unit and relevant departments in the college.

-To identify high-achieving students and support them in achieving further excellence.

-To identify students with special needs and work on creating suitable conditions for their circumstances to ensure good academic performance.

-To organize seminars and workshops necessary to enhance academic awareness and the academic capabilities of students.
