About Administration

The administration of the budget and planning was founded at the same time as the university. The purpose was to have an administration that is responsible for: 

  • Providing the all the requirements of the university of financial approvals and liaising between the different sectors of the university and all the relevant authorities.
  • Preparing the five-year plans of the university.
  • Following-up the implementation of the operational plans.
  • Preparing the reports about the annual accomplishments.
  • Preparing the statistical reports to be submitted to the Ministry of Higher Education – Ministry of Economy and Planning – Ministry of Finance, they include reports about the university's manpower, faculty members and students.
  • Preparing the budget projects.
  • Creating the financial transactions of all what is issued by the university administration.
  • Preparing the transfers between the items in the plan.
  • Following-up the expenditure plan.
