This department was established to implement the regulatory procedures in accordance with the rules and procedures of government warehouses in relation to the control and organization of what is registered and disbursed from the items in the warehouses and the preservation of university property in order to ensure the provision of all warehouse needs for all the university according to the needs of each sector.
Therefore, the role of inventory control management is to design methods and means to ensure that the disbursement and insurance of items are carried out in accordance with a plan in line with the regulations and laws to achieve the objectives of the university to the maximum extent possible to ensure continuity of flow of items and materials to provide the needs of colleges, departments, units, In the governorates of the University.
